Get Involved

Join the Table

Behind every child who learns to cook is a volunteer who believed in them. We're looking for warm, dedicated people to help us grow.

Why It Matters

Your Time Is the Greatest Gift

At A Dash of Kindness, we believe in the power of showing up. When a volunteer stands beside a child in the kitchen — guiding their hands, answering their questions, celebrating their first successful soup — something profound happens.

That child learns more than a recipe. They learn that someone cared enough to come. That they are worth someone's Saturday morning. That's the real dash of kindness.

Why Volunteers Love It:

  • Make a direct, visible impact in a child's life
  • Be part of a warm, community-focused team
  • Share your love of food and cooking with others
  • Build meaningful relationships in your community
  • Flexible time commitments available
  • Rewarding, joyful work — every single session
